I've found the biggest culprit of my game not being deterministic. It was Samidare's clones with their animators not synced with FixedUpdate. Can't believe I missed that for a whole week :(((((((.
Other than that, I fixed some issues of the player's graze hitbox, and now I'm confident enough to say the game is 95% deterministic for the replay system to work perfectly. I leave out the 5% because there can always be something that I missed.
Now, I'm working on in game keyboard input for replay names. It will also be used for player names for the leader board function in the future. After finishing the in game keyboard, I'll be releasing the next version of the demo.
