Release Information
- Demo Version: v0.4.1
- Demo Release Date: Sep. 15, 2025
New Additions
New Mechanic: Overheat
- When player used up boost meter, player becomes Overheated.
- During Overheated state, player cannot dash, takes 2x damage, deals 1.5x damage, and boost meter recovery rate is reduced to 1/3 of normal rate.
- Overheat is removed when boost meter recovers to full.
New Weapon: Arm Buster
- Charge type normal weapon
- Fires 3 weak shot when uncharged and 1 medium shot when charged by 1 stage.
- Fires a powerful penetrating shot when fully charged
Others
- Added a new cutscene which unlocks the new weapon Arm Buster for use in the demo
Changes
Stage
- Updated Stage 1 Preview dialogue to reflect the addition of Overheat mechanic
Player
- Player can start dash even when the current boost meter is below the boost required for starting dash (this will instantly put player into overheated state)
Rifle
- Increased projectile speed
Beam Cannon
- Reduce the delay before firing
Bug Fixes
- Fixed hitbox indicator not property following player's hitbox
- Fixed Beam Cannon's animation not sped up by Accelerating Overdrive
- Fixed skipping cutscene will cause the game to crash
Known Issues
- Sometimes Sword does not function after pressing special weapon button, and it automatically starts attacking the next time player dashes.
- Game cannot be paused after the final boss of the stage has been defeated.
